This work supports women experiencing stress, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, relationship challenges, comfort coping strategies, perimenopause-related changes and the pressure of holding multiple roles.
We begin by creating stability and grounding. From this place, meaningful change becomes possible.
What is EFT/Tapping?
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), often called tapping, is an evidence-based mind-body approach that combines focused awareness with stimulation of specific acupressure points.

Using gentle tapping on meridian points on the face and upper body, EFT helps regulate emotional responses, reduce stress and shift patterns held within the body.
​
Rather than repeatedly talking through challenges, we work with what is present in the moment — supporting emotional release while building resilience and inner stability.

Many clients experience relief quickly, with deeper change occurring through a structured series of sessions.
