Join Coral Emerson, author and speaker, and Emma Todd, Energy & Embodiment Practitioner, for a 3hr guided experience created for women who can feel something shifting, but aren’t yet clear on what’s next.

This is a supportive, collaborative space to slow down, reflect, and gently make sense of where you are and what’s changing.

Together, Coral and Emma will guide you through a balance of conversation, self-reflection, and practical integration.

Coral will lead you through insights around change, transitions, and recognising when a new door is opening, followed by guided journalling to help you connect with what’s unfolding for you right now. A relaxed morning tea will be available as you take this time for yourself.

Emma will then support you to move through any uncertainty or second-guessing with gentle EFT/tapping, before guiding a meditation and energy work session to help you settle, integrate, and anchor a deeper sense of…
