Facial Emotional Therapy (FET)
A gentle pathway to emotional release & calm
As we move through midlife, many of us begin to feel the quiet accumulation of years — the emotional weight we’ve held for others, the responsibilities we’ve carried, the parts of ourselves we’ve tucked away just to keep going. Often, these experiences settle into the body — in the jaw, the forehead, the back of the neck. And sometimes, we even hold it in our hands and feet, places we rarely associate with emotion, yet which speak volumes.
Facial Emotional Therapy (FET) offers a gentle, non-invasive invitation to soften, release, and reconnect. This restorative modality works in harmony with the nervous system, using light, nurturing touch and rhythmic strokes across the face, head, neck — and at times, the hands and feet — to trace the body’s meridian system. As these energy lines are gently activated, emotional blockages can begin to unwind, creating space for flow, peace, and inner clarity.

The experience is deeply calming. Clients often describe a sense of spaciousness and stillness, as if something they've been holding onto — often unknowingly — has been lovingly released. FET is not about "doing" or fixing; it's about creating a safe space for your body to remember how to let go.
Facial Emotional Therapy draws from a beautiful blend of modalities — including physiotherapy, kinesiology, facial harmony, Brain Gym, Reiki, remedial massage, and reflexology. Each session is also intuitively guided — no two treatments are ever quite the same. My role is simply to listen with my hands and heart, and gently follow what your energy is ready to let go of.
If you're longing for a gentle reset, a moment of deep rest, or a quiet way to come home to yourself, FET may be just what your midlife soul has been yearning for. You are warmly invited into this space — where healing happens not through effort, but through presence, trust, and tender care.
Please note: When booking your FET session, please allow at least 1hr 30mins. Wear comfortable clothing and socks.
