Why the Festival of 50?

Festival of 50 began as a way to mark me turning 50 in May.

But somewhere along the way, it became something bigger.

Because the conversations I kept having with women all pointed to the same thing.

Women are ready for more. More honesty. More connection. More fun.  More freedom to explore who they are now and what they want next.

Again and again, the same things kept coming up.  Women trying new things.  Questioning old patterns.  Changing priorities.  Starting to realise they don’t have to keep living the way they always have.

At some point, it became clear these conversations deserved a space of their own.

So the Festival was born.

What you'll find inside the festival

Conversations you'll recognise yourself in

Different ways women are navigating this stage

Moments that make you stop and think "oh .... same"

Things you might want to try, question or explore

…and new conversations are added regularly

This space is for women in, around, or approaching midlife.

Women who are starting to see themselves, their lives, and what they want a little differently.

Some are making big changes.
Some are trying new things.
Some are reconnecting with parts of themselves they put aside years ago.

And some are simply curious about what else might be possible from here.

There’s no one way to be here.

You can come in quietly and read.
Follow what interests you.
Or join in when it feels right.

Who is this for?
