Join me from the comfort of home for this 20 minute reset.   

Timed for the end of the school holidays and back to work - maybe you are not looking forward to heading off to work again, maybe you are dreading the school run.   Maybe you are just feeling a bit emotional or would simply like to wind things down, relaxing into your evening prior to bed.
