I invite you to join me for Reiki Level 1 - two days of spiritual development and connection - allowing time and space for integration.
Reiki 1 ("first teachings"), is your initiation into the Usui Shiki Ryoho System of Natural Healing. You will be attuned to and learn how to connect with Reiki Energy.
The emphasis of these "first teachings" is to open your heart to self-healing, inner focus and to introduce a different way of engaging with the world around you.
