Okuden — Inner Teachings
Okuden translates to “Inner Teachings” and marks the next stage in your Reiki journey.
This level builds on your experience with Reiki and introduces new ways of working with energy through the use of symbols and expanded techniques.
Before undertaking Level 2, it is important that you have had time to practise and integrate the teachings of Level 1. A minimum of three months between Level 1 and Level 2 is required.
