Reconnect to Reiki - a day retreat

Have you been attuned to Reiki but disconnected from your practice?

Maybe you've lost confidence?

Don't know how to start again?

Maybe an event has occurred which has stopped you practicing?

Maybe you feel like you never really "got it" in the first place and lost the momentum to keep going?

If you have been attuned to the Reiki energy - you will always be able to reconnect.    This is an opportunity for you to come together with likeminded souls and reawaken your passion for Reiki - what was it that led you to Reiki in the first place?     

During the day we will:

✨Connect in circle - a powerful, non-judgemental space

✨Discuss and let go of limiting beliefs around your Reiki practice (using Emotional Freedom Techniques) - you will not be required to overshare, we can work gently and meet you where you are at.

✨Revisit how to use & connect to Reiki

✨Participate in bespoke meditations

✨Participate in a Reiki share where we will practice giving & receiving Reiki

✨Light lunch provided (DF, GF, VEG)

✨Limited to 4 people

To participate in this retreat you must have:

• Completed at least Reiki Level 1 in the Usui System of Natural Healing within the last 10 years 
• Have received an in-person attunement from your Reiki Master
• Be able to provide me with a copy of your certificate for appropriate level
• Have access to any Reiki Manuals that you received on your training so that you may revist them.

Note: If you can not meet all of the above requirements, but would still like to learn Reiki, I welcome you to register your interest for one of my future Reiki level 1 workshops/retreats.
