Self-care is not selfish - it is essential for a healthy body, mind & soul. We will gently explore any limiting beliefs you have about starting a self-care practice and help you create a realistic and authentic self-care intention in a relaxing, non-judgemental space.

About the event
Krystyn and Emma recognise the importance of self-care for health.
We have both had experiences in our past that have bought us to the understanding that self-care is non-negotiable; we also acknowledge that taking time out to do things for yourself or starting a new practice is not always easy, and this is where we can support you.
During this day retreat (consisting of many somatic elements), we will hold a non-judgemental, trauma sensitive space for you to observe, acknowledge and allow for whatever you need.
The retreat will include:
🧘Yoga therapy to open the space - signalling to the body that this day is all about you (accessible for all and can be modified to suit)
🧘♀️Group EFT session - to gently reframe any limiting beliefs around your self-care practice. (Please note, this is will be scripted, you are not expected to share specifics)
🧘Taking a look at how self-care may align for you and creating a realistic take-home intention
🧘♀️Demonstration of techniques you can use everyday for stress reduction and nervous system regulation
🧘Yoga Nidra to close the space – with meditation, sound and reiki
🧘♀️Light lunch (GF, DF, Veg) provided
You will leave the retreat feeling calm, clear and ready to start making self-care a priority.
We look forward to holding space for you.
