Facial Emotional Therapy (FET) is a gentle, non-invasive treatment designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep relaxation. Using soothing, intuitive touch along the face, head, neck, and sometimes hands and feet, FET follows the body’s meridian system to help shift stress and restore energetic flow.

This calming experience invites the body to let go of tension stored in the nervous system — often leaving people feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply rested. Each session is guided intuitively, meeting you exactly where you are, with no pressure or expectation — just space to soften, unwind, and reconnect.

Over two nurturing hours, you’ll be guided through grounding practices, EFT (tapping), Reiki energy healing, and soothing sound frequencies—all offered in a trauma-aware, compassionate space. Each modality is chosen for a reason: EFT helps release stress and emotion stored in the body, Reiki supports energetic balance, and sound healing helps calm your system and deepen relaxation.

This session is about reconnecting with yourself—beyond the roles, the pressure, and the noise. It’s a chance to reset, feel lighter, and remember what it feels like to feel like you again.
